Replacement Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, you can request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. To start the exchange process, simply contact us.
General Guidelines
Our replacement window lasts 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a replacement after this period has passed.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Your item must be unused.
- It must be in the same condition you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging.
What You’ll Need
To request a replacement, you’ll need proof of purchase (such as your order receipt).
Do not return your item to the manufacturer. Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the appropriate return address and instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Orders
If your item arrived damaged, is defective, or was lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace it.

Gift Replacements
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll send you a replacement credit equal to the value of the item. Once the return is received, we’ll email you a replacement certificate.
If the gift was shipped to the giver, or not marked as a gift during purchase, the replacement credit will go to the original purchaser and they’ll be notified of the process.
